the language is Flemish, it is spoken in Belgium. they are exchanging numbers talking about the harber in Oostende.

ON3TG is correct the language is Flemmish the type of Dutch spoken in the western half on Belgium.

that's Ostend radio normally tranmitted on VHF channel 27 but it's also transmitting on HF and MF

@m0tvt I use 20cm of wire to receive Ostend Radio. HI HI
But the station is 12km nexto my QTH Oostende.
It's also a QRO High Power Station
