No, no body in Russia go just for that in jail, because it's fault of the small car driver, he drove to the other lane right in front of the dump truck. I use to live in Russia, i know drivers rules. It's not like in USA, who hit in back that is guilty, in Russia is other way. But it's so funny, i hope that driver learn the lesson from that. But the worst part. It's hard to buy a car in Russia.

Yes as i say, no one of drivers in russia care about walking people on road. They wont slow down or stop for any body. Road rules are simple. Don't want to be killed, don't walk on road, caz they wont slow down, as you see on this video, Its rules #1 in Russia.
