@LordWellington15 John Peel was a legendary DJ in the UK. Bands used to come on his show and do live "sessions". Many up and coming bands became hugely famous after doing a John Peel Session.

I believe themusicfella was asking if this recording was one of the Legendary John Peel Sessions and not if that was the name of the band.
