The disease appears to behave like a living entity. It pulls back when u try to grab its fibers(pierces nailbed), moves, etc. It's made of a nanobot material. My first guess is this is an alien disease. The humans infected with this may be reacting to their environment because they have too much alien blood. @no1sebfan it isn't that you are delusional, its that the nerve endings in your skin are misfiring causing a itching/painful sensation and making you scratch at it. This can cause shallow abrasions to the skin that get bits of floating debris caught in it as it heals, resulting in the fibers you see. Its "In your head" in that your nerves are misfiring, nothing more.

Yes sometimes I got ones that are itchy and again... I may rub around it because of the pain. My point is there are fibers under the skin... I did not put them there and this lesion was away from clothing. I get alot of fibers under the skin that are not itchy...explain that??
my advice is to stop eating GMO foods, and don't eat processed packaged food. If its fibers made of cellulose. packaged bread had cellulose in it and so do many other foods. try to cut foods that contain that wood fiber out of your diet.

If you like you could try something I learned and seems to work very well for many skin problems. Cut a lemon in half and pull most of the guts out of it. And then scrub as hard as you can handle with the inside of the skin and some of the pulp scrub with it many times a day and see if you see any difference. who knows its worth a try.

@dirint Hi ... yes I do use tea tree oil in my lotions, shampoo's and other oils too. It controls it somewhat but doesn't cure it. Sad to say.... there is no cure for morgellons.
