  • Nice performance, not thought about the kitchen for recording before, but it certainly works for you. Thanks

  • I really like this song. I listen to it every day, and the number of views stay the same.

I even used it in an argument with someone that says I don't like Pop Music.

  • another fine job on a mctell song. I can play many of his songs but nowehere near as good as you! thanks

    Alan.

  • My dad plays all the same songs as you, we had a listen and both agree you are brilliant. Used to have this played to me as a kid-really good to hear it played, would love to learn to play it if you know where one can get the chords? Keep up the good work, Joe, ps very jealous of your beautiful guitar!

  • Hi, Joe.

Thanks for your nice words. I'm amazed that someone else is daft enough to play all the same material as me :-) Encouraging!

Sadly, I don't have this song written down. I learned it over 30 years ago from someone else's TAB, long before even photocopiers were a la mode! I've since forgotten and struggled to recall it several times, also modifying parts just for good measure as well as the inability to remember bits properly. Sorry about that.

    Very best wishes.

    Alan.

  • Excellent! Never heard the song before. Great playing, great singing, and a sweet guitar. Congratulations.

  • Hi, mtreed.

Thanks too for your own great videos. I loved 'Maxwell's Silver Hammer' and 'She's Only a Woman to me'. Absolutely brilliant!

    Best wishes.

    Alan.
