Very nice. I've used a honey apricot glaze on oven baked baby back ribs that has turned out pretty tasty. I am looking forward to trying your method. Thanks for a great video!
@teeb571 these ribs looked great. im kinda new to cooking bbq ribs & would like to know how you an get flavorable tender ribs in just 3 hours. mine take 6 - 61/2 hours.
I live in SW VA, about 4 hrs drive to the nearest FD's. We ordered 2 FD's marinades, 2 BBQ sauces and the rib rub. Today, we're trying it all out the old fashioned way on a charcoal grill smoker with hickory wood clumps. Looks good so far. We're going to try for 7 or 8 hours of low temp. cooking today. If it even comes close to the FD's restaurant taste, then we'll order twice as much next time. Also, going to look into buying the Cookshack AmeriQue smoker. My BBQ smoker is too inefficient.

Best BBQ here in Denver,CO!
No restaurant based bbq joint can touch 'em here in CO. Absolutely the best sausage w/sweet mustard sauce period! Same with the slaw.
