Was the clip with Frank Langella intended to suggest that he would play Dormammu? He really looked like him in that scene! If so, great choice and great job on giving him the flaming facial appearance! I loved this trailer, the Ninth Gate was the perfect backdrop for this!

This is an impressive trailer, which puzzled me until I realised there is a cottage industry doing this sort of thing. After my disappointment that there is no film in the pipeline, I can at least appreciate how well you stitched this together and hope your casting tips do not fall on deaf ears whe, eventually, this entry in the Marvel canon is re-made.

@skinwalkerxxx These are the clips of DeNiro I had. Had I possessed good clips of him in magical robes, I'd have used those. I did not. I wanted a Mordo and I felt the faces DeNiro makes nicely reflected the Baron's distaste for his having to serve the Ancient One.

I'm still trying too picture Depp as vampire Barnabas Collins in the Dark Shadows remake. He makes a good pirate and villian, but idk has far as a vampire and Dr. Strange.

Have they confirmed that he and Burton are doing that? Hmmm. He could do well if he chose a look similar to how he appeared in Chocolat..... It would be interesting, since Disney now owns Marvel and Depp and Burton both have contracts with Disney, if they were inspired to collaborate on Doctor Strange.

They would probly make a good team has far as making Doctor Strange. But I'm just saying I can't picture him has vampire Barnabas Collins in the Dark Shadows remake. I thought Ben Cross did an excellent job in the 1990s tv series.

I agree, but remember that Ben Cross wasn't the first Barnabas Collins. Jonathan Fridd, who originated the role, was nothing like Cross. Nor was Joanna Going anything like the first Victoria. That pretty much opens it up for a new interpretation of the characters. I think Depp could do well as long as he kept to it to being a sexy more than a scary vampire.

I used too run home from school and watch the original Dark Shadows then. Frid, (One d, not two), gave me the creeps then. It was a very atmospheric show. If the revised Dark Shadows had been picked up for another season, Dan Curtis who created both shows, had planned on having some of the cast from the original series make an appearance or two. But I also think Cross makes a great Vulcan, he played Sarek in the new Star Trek movie. LOL

Hell, yeah, he would. I would love to see him try to take over the role of the Joker in the Christian Bale Batman movies, but the big rumor is that he'll be Riddler if they make another.
