@CapitalistOverlord Well, Rush takes inspiration from Ayn Rand and all her work. Reading their lyrics with that in mind, you can clearly see the individualist and objectivist, thereby anti-goverment/anti-socialism, message they convey. Phrases such as "what you own is your own kingdom, what you do is your own glory", have more to do with concepts like private property and self-ownership, than they have to do with these mythical lazy-yet-successful business owners you mention.
