Enjoyed these videos. But will you please acknowledge that this is the Sine Macula Choir of Safi Malta conducted by Mro Tony Pace and the Queen Victoria Band of Zurrieq under the baton of Mro Alfred Farrugia?
@Joan181282 Glad you enjoyed it, Joan and thanks for giving me names. I did not include the info because I didn't have it but entered it now in the description of the video.
The Victoria Band and Sine Macula Choir did a fantastic job. I think I have more of them and will search for them and give them appropriate credit.
i enjoy this soo muchh.. ever since i was 2 i have been going to midnight mass at St. Pauls church in toronto Canada.... and it has always been a pleasure hearing this song <s
Glad you liked it. Even here in Malta, young kids sing it in fact yesterday at a festival, a cute little girl about 2 1/2 was singing the "Ninni" while it was being played.
There are other Maltese Christmas carols on this channels.
This carol brings back so many memories, and stir up so many emotions especially for us emigrants away from Malta and our families, but I thank you for doing such a fantastic job.
Naqbel hafna mieghek u cert li hafna Maltin jaqblu mieghek. Ghandna dan l-innu u anke is-Sinfonija Pastorali li giet miktuba minn wiehed Malti u li tista' ssibha f'zewg videos fuq dan ic-channel.
Thanks Joe, Clemente, Mary and John for your kind comments. Yes, "Ninni" is the Maltese Officil Christmas song and it brings many fond memories to many of us and reminds us of those beautiful Christmas days of our childhood.
Great Work Alfred and Jesmine, The Traditiona Maltese Christmas song NINI LA TIBKIX IZJED is immortal, Thank you both for bringing it to more light with your slide show presentation, to be seen by many around the globe. JJP
