Zaiger45, Did you read my comments on Diddy and Tux? Just like you can't play Halo on a Nintendo Wii, you can't play games designed for Windows in a Linux. Windows is the same company as XBox, so there you have it. You can play video games starring Tux, though, but if you are not into stuff like the old Donkey Kong classics, I would not recommend such games to you.

@Sliter Nope, the 'Tux' is the mascotte of Linux. It's based on an Gentoo Penguin. It's funny, because Gentoo's one of the most famous Linux distro's :-)

And I'm sure there're also housewives, unskilled labourers, kids who don't want to use brain a little, drug addicts and other dummies wich use Mac OS and Linux. Like a Debian user, who called me a capitalist swine, 'cause I use Windows. xD

There is no possible advantage either PC nor Mac have over Linux. With Linux. EVERYTHING is free (no more expensive software... Many professional developers make top-notch software for Linux, too, so no fear of bad quality due to being freeware) and the OS is open-source and completely modular... Dont' need to worry about "just working" or not. The OS works for you, depending on what you need it for. Can't beat that in anyway. It just takes a bit of intelligence to use it.

Well each operative system have his own advantajes. Windows have a lot of software and the most of the people know how to use it, but linux can make anything with the system. Partition, unpartition, erase windows, copy windows, compress windows. etc
