  • Airbus A 380,the european answer to the 747-400...

  • runway 24 take off

  • if that plane would operate in manila... extend/ expand the runway..

  • @spacexplorer100 why it took of just in the middle of the runway?????

WHOOOOOOOOH ! :)

SANA MAY PAL A380 NA , SOOOOOOOOON :))

  • Magkakasya kaya ang A380 sa ramps ng NAIA? Imagine na merong 380 sa Terminal 1. Hehe.

  • @SirReivax15 hindi siya PAL A380.. "PAL 380" lang.. wahehe.. =)

  • @AQaddict Hahahahaha! Nice one!

  • and look at the difference between that cebu pacific.....tsk tsk!!! that plane is huGE!!!

  • @jollyboi024 cebu pacific is a320.. the baby of this a380 :)

  • @JohnNikshMarcelo98

    oo nga cnabi mo pa!

  • does the plane take off from runway 06 or 13?... hehehe just asking.... diagann you're right that cebu pacific was pretty lucky...!

  • manahimik ka nga may pa codeshare2 ka pang nalalaman dyan!!!! wala ka nman alam eeehhh hahahahah

  • tama may codesharing nga naman and its possible but it doesnt mean na pag naki codeshare ang pal sa emirates kanila ung aircraft. parang alliance lng un nila ng mga airlines to serve there co airline if say for example one doesnt service the said route.

  • Bilis mag-take off!

  • the Crew and the passengers of that cebu pacific are so lucky to see that A380 closley..wow!!

  • yah they are lucky...^^

  • the person who took this video is standing maybe beside the NAIA centennial 2...wow!! the take-off was too short..

  • syempre magaan ang eroplano po... hayyy Air marshall ho ba kayo or what? di nyo alam yata eh....

  • nagmukhang sisiw yung cebu pacific a 319 or a 320 na dinaanan nya sa yellow taxiing lines.

  • PAL is having doubts of purchasing these A380 because its a very huge aircraft that they know wont be full of passengers if they flew one. Even with the international routes competencies are there.PAL is just living the filipino way.

  • PAL can't even fill a 747 and yet they are considering of purchasing an A380? Better to purchase the Boeing 787.

  • no its a B777 for the return to Europe flight when the said aircraft will arrive

  • hahahahaha guys base on gma news wala pung 777 na pal ang pupuntah sa europe only america korea tokyo and sydney!!!!!! and dubai check on their timetables on the official site of pal try to book mnl to dubai on dec a etc and you will see they are using 777!!!!!

  • ou nga eeehhh better to buy 777 than this a380 kasi hindi rin nman nila mapupuno yung laman ng plane like singapore airlines minsan wala na ngang laman mga a380s nila eeehhhhh

  • i wanna see that land in borongan airport. ;p

  • bad weather i think

  • A380 engine choices are both RR Trent 900's (derivative of Trent 800) and Engine Alliance GP7000 (had its roots in GE90 and PW4000). both of you guys are correct but the engine choices depends on what model. the GP7000 engines will be fitted only in the freighter version of the A380. I believe the GP7000 is installed only in A380-861 and A380-863F while the Trent 900's are fitted in A380-841, A380-842 and A380-843F. Peace.

  • haha short runway eh?

i want to see them try and land it in Mactan Intl. in Cebu or Lumbia Airport in Cagayan De Oro!

    LOL!

  • The can land on those Airports, especially the Mactan-Cebu International Airport, but the one that is preventing it is the lights, you now the lights in the runway, it is so mounted, rather than new airports which is its lights are not realy mounted, the Mactan's runway is old, and cannot be upgraded because its only a Landing Strip and is the second busiest airport after NAIA

  • cool

  • No, A380 uses Rolls Royce Trent 900 which could run up to Mach 0.18, obviously, yung maximum take-off power niya ay malakas.

  • ummmm... IMHO... ung A380 pu n ngland s NAIA is F-WWEA w/c uses 4 Engine Alliance GP7000 turbofans not Rolls Royce Trent 900... peace.... ;P

  • Really? I have read the press release of Airbus(I am a Airbus press member) the A380's World Proving Tours is on its defaults in which is its default Engine is the Trent 900...Maybe they have switched it back..hmm strange Airbus never released that info that its using the GP7000, I learned that the Airline may choose either the default RR Trent 900 or the other GP7000, the GP7000 will be the second option and not the default..maybe they have switched it back for commercial purposes^^

  • Maling mali ka dun... Anong Mach 0.18??? Eh 103 knots lang yan eh... Ang alam ko, yung maximum speed allowed for an a380 is mach 0.90 o 515 knots!

  • Sorry its Mach0.81^^ nagkamali sa pag type=P

  • o wag na mag away. para yan lang eh ;p

  • the pilot of Cebu Pacific who is about to takeoff might have been awestruck..hehehe

  • glad to see a fellow airbus?.. lol

  • A380 Super Heavy

  • Ang A380 ay 20% less heavier kaysa sa B747-400ER, due to its multiple use of composite materials used in the wings at sa fuselage

  • Anong 20% less heavier??? Siguro, 20% less lighter...

  • It is 20% lighter than the nearest competitor. With the optimized use of composite materials balanced with advanced aerodynamic structure the A380 is the ultimate aircraft. It is the worlds fastest commercial airliner to climb at such huge rates per minute, making it harder to hear among airport boundaries. The A380 uses Carbon Fiber, Glass Fiber, Quartz fiber, Aluminum wiring than the traditional Copper wiring thus makes it lighter.

  • Astig tlga ng capabilities ng A380. short take-off pa ang ginawa. "A380 heavy, clear for takeoff! Runway 06R"

  • wala kasing laman na passenger eh, kaya short take-off..^^

  • if PAL Get an A380..i think luma na ung a380 sa ibang airlines

  • sobra kanaman,,hehehhe malay mo dba<<<

  • Pal is interested in the Airbus A380 but they dont want to buy it yet . They want to expand the Airport First and fly with their new Boeing 777 that should come next Year and then maybe they will buy one.

  • the DMIA, will be much much improved.

if finished, it will be one of the largest and modern airports in the world!

baka itatiming nila kapag natapos na yun, ahmpf.

  • ...shaky camera...T_T

  • ya PAL is interested they even get discount from $300 milllion to $220 million but they are still reaserching

  • hope Philippine Airlines will acquire this plane

  • They should!!!

but I think the tickets would be expensive at first...

THIS IS SUCH A HUGE plane...
