pasig and marikina rivers rose and the cainta lake rose too.
karangalan is still submerged knee deep. better than yesterday. heard from the radio.

Hello, just want to ask how is it there in felix ave. Karangalan village along the highway near sta lucia mall?isaw and heard in the news that its really bad, my family lives there and i have been trying to get in touch with them since yesterday and didnt get any answers or reply, I really appreciate any reply, thank you.
