That is Simply Amazing! His conditioning is Unreal. It's clear that politics is an influential force in bodybuilding. This should of been his year. It's okay though...they're setting him up for a 2011 reign. Look at his body..I like Jay Cutler...but Clearly J should have lost to PHIL.
