Do you have any of the early Fillmore East recordings? Saw them on the card with Porter's Popular Preachers and Iron Butterfly. Zep blew the roof off the Fillmore East.

I'm 22 now and I've been listening to Zep for about half a year now. First I only knew studio versions and I thought the band was great.

Now I started to check out their live performances and they just blow me away. Never heard anything comparable, I think I was born in the wrong decade. It may be "old", but it's still so innovative. I don't think any modern artist would dare to experiment as they did.

@mj11572 Disagree, As the years pass in this decade, more than his game is evolving, it is more melodic, away from the blues, improvising as (His best time is the tour 75), it is with this that compensates for the difficulty of agility, that's why he is far ahead compared to Blackmore is just unable to make a correct and consistent improvisation.

Conney, you surely must be more informed than me, is it true that there was a history between Grand Funk, Zep in concert? It seems that the public would have demanded Grand Funk after the passage of Zep ... I doubt really,For Funk's performance was better, in his view, the public was really shit in her ears
