Hey criag i love the w2ihy it works great with my icom 756 pro 3 nice clean audio its a fantastic product i run my heil pr 781 in to my radio with out the w2ihy it sounds crap but with it in line the w2ihy audio grear it works super great cheers 73s
I bought a W2IHY 8 band equaliser last week. It took 4 days to arrive to me here in Melbourne, Australia. I have a Kenwood TD-M710 and wanted to connect my Kenwood MC-90 desk mic. If you connect the mic directly to the radio it sounds SHOCKING. No bass whatsoever, it's the wrong impedance etc. But with the 8 band EQ connected it sounds magic. Nice rich bass and lets me use any mic with any radio (you just need the right cable). A fantastic product! Works really well! Craig VK3CRG
