Soto is not a three time world champion! He won WBC titles at 130 & 135 lbs. The WBC 126 lbs. belt he obtained was only an interim title! Only four Mexicans have won three titles in three different weight classes; three of which are considered to be great: J.C. Chavez, E. Morales, and M.A. Barrera. The fourth, Fernando Montiel, is good; however, he isn't great. Not yet at least. He has a very tough fight coming up and if he wins, it's a step towards becoming one of the greats of Mexico.
