I'm finding it hard to motivate myself to finish the series. I reckon it'll take maybe 6000 words to complete. I challenge you to write 6000 words and see who gets the the finish line first. I'm also a first time winner! Much thanks to this song, and to Christina for even bringing NaNoWriMo to my attention... I had never heard of it before. I also didn't have a chance to start writing until the 3rd as my computer was being repaired. What an amazing journey it has been... I lost NaNoWriMo for two reasons

The most significant being I didn't hear about it until November 5th

The other being I had about five exams for my GCSEs

I'm sad that I can't join in the joy and pride from the amazing people that managed it but I have decided not to give up, I will try and finish my 50.000 by Christmas day- at the end of the day the achievement is to ourselves so I can make December my NaNoWriMo

I've showed about five of my nerdfighters friends this, but none of them are as obsessed as i am. I guess you have to be a nerdfighter NaNoWriMo nerd to love it. My friends just can't appreciate it's genius. This song has it's own tab for when i need that extra push to keep writing.

@katherine9997 Try doing word sprints, whether you set them up for youself or whether you're going by the NaNoWord spints on Twitter. If you have a short attention span, like I do, I'd suggest setting them up yourself, that was instead of doing fifteen minute sprints which are hard to keep with sometimes, you can do ten or even five minute sprints. Remember to give yourself breaks! Up your daily word goal and finish this thing!
