played this game years and years ago. One of my favorite SNES games. Replayed it I don't know how many times. This song I even hum to this very day. It was just so beatiful. Not to mention the game, cute graphics, great level design, good animation, and a serious storyline. Long live Yoshi's Island!

i missed the breakthrough of classic games...however, within the last year or so ive gotten really interest in nintendo and super nintendo games. i was very fond of this game when i picked it up at a local classic games store...i had an italian greyhound, rocky was his name. he was very old and slowly dying...one afternoon, i sat down and popped in this cartridge...i thought, ill listen to the intro today, its nice...during the playing of the song, my mom walks in.
