damn my chanter is 37 and he dont even do that much dmg. Chanter are the most boring class to lvl with because there dmg arnt that strong but its nice that you dont need to waste money on pots. Chanter easy elite solo but suck at there dmg. anyways nice vid.

It is a heavy grind based game, but like most free mmo's it's not focused on max lvl. It's not like you can't do anything until u hit max lvl quite the opposite. The fun is in the leveling.

JUst peronally i thought this game was extremely boring. leveling isn't fun for me in any game...i like endgame type stuff. 1-20 is the most fun ive evr had playing an MMO but once u get to 25+ and u gotta mob grind more than quest, it becomes terribly boring, if the whole game was like it was at 1-20 where it was never running out of quests, doing quest after quest, this game would be alot better

The part I was clicking on was because I was tired and didn't want to move with my left hand lol So I switched click to move on simply to mix things up. It's not how I normally play I'm a heavy keybinder. As you can see all my skills are keybound none are clicked.

With pets ability to increase drop rates, stuns, and off-tanking ability, they're going to be a great addition to raids. Don't make assumptions because you played WoW.

While this is true, Spirit Master's DoTs DO NOT stack, so having more then one in a group/raid is pointless.

That is a good point, you're right. Although, supposedly the role of SM isn't DPS, but control. I haven't done any raids, so I don't know anything about boss immunities, but if possible, a SM can do a great deal for the raid.

This is true, Spirit Masters have 3 fears and can easily fear-lock people in PvP and PvE. FTW. But, in raids/PvE having more then one Spirit Master cuts their damage by a lot. Another plus to having a Spirit Master in PvE is the 20% increase drop buff, then again, you only need one for that.

While I've never played WoW, I can say this: Having more then one SM in a group isn't so smart because their main damage skills (DoTs) don't stack. You only need one for the drop rate buff.

And if you're in a group where a SM pet has to tank, you've got some problems.

Chanters are pretty good all around, can dps fine and if the player is good main heal fire temple assuming the group doesn't mass pull

Assasins are hard lower lvl I head, although I didn't play one myself so I'm not 100% on that.

Spiritmasters are the most durable class in game mid lvl's +, they're the 2nd fastest grinders 2nd only to sorcs. Only because Sorcs low lvl never go oom -.-

At max lvl Sm's are near godly, with several skills chainable making ur hp in the 20k's.

Spiritmasters are a very broken class, and NCsoft is thinking about changing them alot, I wouldn't suggest playing them at the moment, for they have way too many flaws to be a good pvp class. That is why SM's don't even make up 10% of the KOR players.

I cannot confirm or deny that statement because I didn't play one past level 12, but in my opinion the only fix I want so far is pets being able to fly and maybe a pet DPS buff.

Maybe you can shed some light as to why they are broken?

Ugh, I can't go in to detail about it, because it is a long explanation. It is really just terrible to play as end game. Every other class can destroy it. There was a really good thread on the problems with the spiritmaster on the Aion forums but since they are taken down I can't show you.

They're broken because pets cant fly, dots dont stack, pets dont scale with armor, and if they get all of those fixed (they're fixing the pets cant fly thing next patch) then they're set imo.

I'm afraid I don't know the actual number and it does depend on the pet I use, but the % it puts forward is rather high.

I think of it like this, a melee character has white attack *auto attacks* and his specials. The specials come from you the SM, the white auto attacks come from the PEts. To not use the pet means we dont use an auto attack, and for a melee character to not auto attack is a rather large loss in damage.

Sm's are the least gear dependant class on Aion, which means we tend to have the most spare cash. On top of this, we're easily the best grinders able to solo mobs other class's can not.

Over longer timespan the sm does a lot more damage then a sorc i think. But a sorc is quite nice on the burst damage. nice vids keeping em cmoing:).
