There is nothing like buying something on line and a few days later it shows up in the mail. there is almost no title i can't find on Amazon or Ebay VS. wasting hundreds of hours looking through thousands of crap titles for something that no store has in stock. you guys are stuck in the dark ages.
The collection of records you have on display is impressive, but I'm not sure why J. Geils Band- Freeze Frame makes the grade. Every Salvation Army vinyl section has at least 3 copies of it, along with Billy Joel- Glass House, Men At Work- Business as Usual, and the complete Olivia Newton-John.
CDs debut in '82 (Toto IV anyone?). LPs were still plentiful at retail in '88/89, but getting blown out at discount prices at that time. By 1990 the music industry just supplied CDs to radio station, no more vinyl except for the odd rare item. Plus, not all record collectors wear sunglasses indoors, or make Star Trek vulcan-V symbols with their hands as a greeting. Though I love vinyl record collecting, I'm not sure vinyl smells like victory.

tower record, are you serious??? There's as reason it close down, changing $17 for a CD was ridiculous, go support your indie retailers instead.
