These techniques really aren't designed for greenscreen removal. Extract and Eraser tools just don't work professionally. The true way to do it is in the channels. You can see how it works at photoshop-illustration(dot)blogspot(dot)com. The tools you mention are for more complex backgrounds, but greenscreen is used precisely because of how it works with the channels. That's what the pros use.

The minute you used the magic want to select a green screen I started laughing and it only got better as it went on and you started using the eraser tool to crudely butcher away segments LOL.
Anyone using 32bit PS should go google easy green screen 2.2 its free and does all of the work with excellent results.
