  • Tai Chi does for the nervous system similar to what weightlifting can do for the muscles. Many sports coaches encourage weight training. I encourage Tai Chi for Hoopers. Continuous shoulder hooping feels so fantastically awesome! Focus the mind on what creates the movement in Tai Chi.
