I don't give a shit if he was gay or straight, he rocked, and frankly I wish I could be like the character he played in the series - the kind of man Leroy Jonson was with all his good qualities and talents. Also his life is a good example for everyone in terms of the things we're given and take for granted, and how giving up to your negative aspects can lead to a tragedy. I am grateful to him for his part in this show and hope that G-d blesses his soul and gives it rest. 80's were the best.

Billy looks so awkward, no offense, the movements were so natural and fluid like with Leroy. He was a natural dancer. When they were dancing side by side you can really tell.

I gotta say I could never figure out why Billy Hufsey got this part. He wasn't nearly as strong a dancer as Gene Anthony Ray and he was supposed to be the guy who was the biggest threat to him in the school! I think he might have done better cast as a theatre student.

Most everyone has pictures of themselves when they were young and looked great. It is difficult and actually unreal unless you work in the industry for you to keep looking proverbially 20 yrs old. John Travolta is a prime example of this. Just enjoy the performance.
