Hopefully my full "Evilopolis" world (unfortunately excluding this level) will be out soon. I made 3 pages of custom tiles for it (including a tile boss). But it's pretty crazy.
Just an update... "Evilopolis" was first submitted over a month and a half ago. It was approved 3 weeks ago. No idea why it's taking so long to get put up on the site.

No one has noticed yet so I'll point it out myself. I changed Boupha's shirt color to red for this level, just like Mario.
It's the little things that make this level so awesome, isn't it?

It's awesome, but the downside is that it takes Nintendo's graphics and makes it illegal. :(
