I attended the Chicago pipe show. It's awesome. I brought home many tobacco samples from Cornell and Diehl. I also met many of the famous pipe makers. Unfortunately I did not take pictures or any video. BTW, I did pick up a sample of Billy Bud......I have yet to try it since i have many other samples. People do smoke outside or in a tent that is attached to the building that houses the show.

what is so significant of the Chicago pipe show? We went to the NY one thinking that one would be quite large, and it wasn't. Might have to trek out there next year. The pipe vendors at the NY show said since all the indoor smoking rules came about, attendance at the pipeshows have dramatically decreased
