ERIC is a great leader and the members respect him so much. For the reason that he done so much for the much. He bet everything he has before to buy "Shinwha" from SM Ent. Plus he always make sure to give praises/thumbs up to each member when they have their own indivdual activities.
the movie was a little blah but all eric fans should watch it coz he was oozing with hotness in that movie! and yes! eric looks hot with this hairstyle! seriously could this guy get any hotter??!!
When it was Eric's turn to speak Minwoo yells out "Don't be nervous, don't be nervous!" or something like that, then when Eric introduced himself, the Shinhwa babies all gave him a standing ovation... it doesn't show in the video, but Eric actually pointed to the members and told them to sit down... haha...
