I support his scoial programs such as the state control of the natural gas industry as it allows wealth to be spread more equally, compared to previously where wealth gained from the natural gas industry would only be concentrated in the hands of the wealthier gas producing regions .

Anyway, I have family in Cochabamba, La Paz, Potosi & Santa Cruz.Believe it.What they tell me, things seem to be changing,some bad some good.
