Actually, the proper term for making a piercing bigger would be stretching. Gauge is the measurement of the jewelry.

But there's really no need to start a fight about it over Youtube, you can call it whatever you want, but gauging is not the "professional term".

well. you used the wrong clamps. and you should have worn two gloves. but you used a glove and a real needle. and at least clamps of some sort. and you didnt use an earring to make the hole. and for that i give you alot of credit. a little wrong. but. all in all a decent DIY piercing.

I never said i did it the right way. And you dont even need clamps to do this piercing, in shops they use this clamp for septum also...at least here in Ventura, CA they do.

im just saying. they make a clamp specifically for septums. and the one my piercer invented is even better. it makes things go alot smoother and less stress on your body. im not talking shit on you...lol im just sayin.
