  • You get hormones from cholesterol. Testosterone is needed to resolve impotence. Just pay attention to the men who eat meat and work out vs guys that don't. Size difference.

  • Then men would not be here if this was true, wasnt the cave men meat eaters? lol

  • @333truthseeker yeah but they didn't live as long as we do. There is a big difference between a 40 year-old cave man and a today 40 year-old man. The cave man probably looks 10 years older.

  • Attraction to other men's meat causes impotence with women.

  • Dr Oz was talking about it yesterday.

  • This is such shit.

  • @TheTetheredNoob No it's not hahaha Go Veg.

  • @TheTetheredNoob and i agree with you there, its a load of bull, try looking at alchol men if your having problems getting it up, or it could be a weight problem.

ps.. meet the right woman and it will happen if you stop thinking about your problem.. its all in the mind and not the roast beef you just ate lol

  • Eugh. If they say impotence is caused by high cholestrol, obesisty, heart disease etc, that doesn't mean it's caused by meat. Those diseases are caused by a poor overall diet and low to no excercise. Considering that lifestyle happens more in the meat eating population - because there are more people who eat meat - doesn't mean meat causes impotence. And those lfiestyles rarely happen in vegeterians and vegans becauase those people, as a group, take a healthy lifestyle very important.

  • It's actually true what they are saying. There is more to it than just this but what they say is valid.

  • @virilitytraining Yes very true.

  • So our evolution (human evolution) is wrong?

We are omnivores, we eat meat and vegetables.

Don;t screw whit something nature created, dont be stupid.

It had hundreds of thousands of years to think about it!!!

  • @HanZie82 Just because we can eat meat it doesn't mean we should. you could eat cow shit and still survive but would you really eat it. No diss to you just making a point. I have first hand experience of health benifits after switching, it's all true about vegan diet. You should be 90% veg and 10% meat.

  • @HanZie82 In thousands of years people were dying cuz of Hunger, Cancers and Obesity and the human beeing kept eating meat.

Just dont eat it, stop with it. Even Jesus was Vegetarian! Einstein, Da Vinci, Gandhi were Vegetarians, do you think you're smarter and more Kindless than them? No man, no. We humans can make such awesome things... Dont kill animals, they deserve to live as much as you. Bring peace to this World.

  • @necrOothic jesus was a cannibal, " Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in him, for my flesh is real food and my blood is real drink."

    CANNIBALS!!!!

  • I'd have sex with dem vegetarian meat... if you know what I mean

  • I'm vegan, and I'm havin' sex with my girl 3 times a day)))

Я веган, и я занимаюсь сексом с моей девушкой по три раза в день.

А она мне рассказала, как однажды решила переспать с мясоедом - так у того толком и не встал))))

  • Idiots. BALANCED diet. High cholesterol is part of an imbalanced diet. Besides, NOT EATING MEAT, can cause anemia. Total vegan diet? Please. Besides, i doubt you will require an erection past the age of 60.

  • Not eating meat does not cause anemia. There are no more incidences of anemia with vegetarians/vegans than there are with meat eaters. Do your research.

  • Correction, not eating meat increases the risk of acquiring anemia. Not eating meat is not the direct cause, but it plays a major role. Not only has their been studies on this, I have seen it myself with many of my friends who do not eat meat, or eat very little red meat. Do YOUR research.

  • I HAVE done my research and as I stated before "There are no more incidences of anemia with vegetarians/vegans than there are with meat eaters".

  • Anemia has many causes and vegans do not have a higher incidence of the condition than do meat eaters. Still, many people believe that if a person is anemic, he or she should eat more red meat or that the persons diet is inadequate. In reality, eating meat is an unnecessary step and is not even a healthful option, but diet might still be the cause of the problem, especially in those who might be eating a starchy diet or one with more processed foods than produce.

  • Anemia, the kind that is caused through an imbalanced diet, occurs when someone has low levels of iron in their blood. Since plants don't really absorb iron as well as red meat does, most vegetarians and vegans become anemic. Like I said in my first comment. A BALANCED diet. If you happen to include all cases of anemia including kimo therapy related anemia, then your right. But as far as nutrition goes with veggie people, then I am right. Nutritionally, veggie people are likely to become anemic.

  • Sorry I don't agree. Veggie people will only become anemic if they do not eat enough food that contains iron. This is the same for a meat eater. I'm sorry but you can get all the neccessary vitamins from vegetables and other sources of food that are not meat. It is definately possible to have a BALANCED diets being vegetarian. like i said and stated a couple of time (this being the third time) There are no more incidences of anemia with vegetarians/vegans than there are with meat eaters".

  • I know all that already. And its not whether you agree or not, the numbers are already there. If you become a vegetarian, you have a higher chance of becoming anemic because of an imbalanced diet. You have to understand that most people don't know what that means. I already know, their is no right or wrong way to eat. I have no qualms about vegetarianism. But the fact still remains on anemia. Its more of a play on the stupidity of people. Sure you can get your iron from pills, but some don't.

  • I've studied and researched vegetarianism and veganism - I am writing a presentation on it as we speak (or type for that matter); I have read all the myths and crap that people come up with; I have read all the pros and cons of each of the diets; Medical and health/nutrition articles, and more. Our bodies were never designed to eat meat and we have disrupted it having done so. I use to eat meat - until I looked into it. I was then able to make an informative decision - I do not eat meat anymore.

  • I am trying to educate. And also i am trying to show that this video which is somewhat right does not deliver the full story. I was hoping for someone to challenge my comment like you did. As far as we were never designed to eat meat, true and false. Before we may have not eaten meat, but we are now evolved to do so. I don't think I need to point out the evidence to you because you probably already know. Both ways of eating are right. The important part is balance. This video just pissed me off.

  • Yes this video is stupid however, the truth is we haven't evolved to eat meat, we have evolved the way we have because of eating meat. Things is the way we have evolved has not been a complete benefit to us. Meat has caused facial dwarfing - this means our jaws have become smaller and weaker, and our teeth are too big for our mouths hence why our wisdom teeth do not fit - if they grow at all.

  • Today, perfect teeth are rare unless having seen an Orthodontist - and the propensity of gum disease is increasing. Back then our bodies were stronger - we had brute strength - but look at us now. Who knows - maybe if we stayed off animal protein our bodies would have still evolved only at a slower process so our bodies could have adapted better to the change. By the way, Charles Darwin himself was a vegetarian - funny that.

  • Excuse the typos I was typing quickly & didn't realise my errors until I posted.

Anyway my main point is even though meat contains many of our daily vitamin requirements - it is not the healthiest option. There's a risk of becoming anemic whether you eat meat or not. Being vegetarian or not - no matter what diet - as long as you get enough iron etc, you should be fine.

Thank you for the challenging dicussion though - I appreciate and respect someone who can argue without throwing insults :)

  • @MasterMegaManX Lies, i can even eat Iron in my breakfast.

Cow's get theyre iron from plants, as we can, cuz we vegetarian eat plants EVERYDAY.

  • typical PeTA Propagnda.
