Hmmm. This reminds me of the 2004 Japanese film "Nobody Knows"(Dare mo shiranai). A mother abandons her four children leaving them to fend for themselves.

The song at the beginning of the film is called "God Made Cars" by The Quavers. The music at the end of the trailer is by T GRIFFIN (a member of the quavers), who did all the music for the film.
