It does look like the video is off by a bit , but i highly doubt it is a lip sync . Could be a tech issue when they switch from one camera in the back to new one. For example they recorded the audio on a seperate track and later caputred all the best parts if the program and slapped the layer of audio. There are many points of failures that could have happened. To say the least this track is simply amazing.

Mashallah, but why does it seem to me that this line that man draws upon the earth is drawn upon the hearts and minds. Perhaps because it is the curse of the blood that shames us as it flows so unwillingly and falls from the innocent everywhere. I spent about 2+ hours listening to 8 part of this PTV Lok Virsa program and I did not see Rahat Fateh Ali Khan lip sync any of the music he sang in the program.

So whoever who stoops so low to blame a reputed artist like Rahat Fateh Ali Khan for lip sync does not know a single word of live performances.

Adding comments that are based on lack of musical understanding is so bad to the reputation of an artist. It is so easy to write comments without any basis to do so. Avoid it please.

This accusation of lip syncing by Rahat Fateh Ali Khan by 'iamanwer', 'amardeepsidhu' shows how little they know about him and their family. They are masters of live performances for the last 5 to 6 generations.

If history is the judge then you need to look at their singing in live concerts. The studio recordings do not give the performances the interaction that you get in live setup.

Both these gents are in their mid 20's and are quick to insult by writing bogus comments which have no merit.

Regarding your comment "blame a reputed artist like Rahat Fateh Ali Khan for lip sync", i didn't blame Rahat for anything. I just asked a question that it looked like lip sync.

eg in the video titled "Rahat Ali Khan sings Ghalib - Koi Ummeed bar Nahi Aati Part-1 " (uploaded by lovehumanity) at 5:18 when he says "huye mar ke hum jo ruswa..." he clearly goes out of sync. Why does that happen ?

@amardeepsidhu - The problem is with the uploader and not the gathering that happened at a private residence in Lahore. The only thing that PTV has to do with these tracks were licensing agreements and nothing to do with this setup.

If you don't know about something do not leave such comments that are based on just looking at the video and not understanding how things are done.

You need to be a bit informed which evidently you are not. You just want your kicks for a few minutes.

@TheAbbas230 i don't think its lip syncing, however the audio track is out of sync with the video, which usually happens when audio track is recorded separate from video....
