Ryan is a great swimmer but I wish people would stop dissing Phelps just to put Ryan on a pedestal. Remember Ryan was suppose to be this great rival in 2008 for Michael but it never turned out that way! Ryan was a distant third in all his races! All I'm saying is don't give Ryan too much hype, he's good but Phelps will step up in 2012 and blow people out of the water! Don't poke the tiger!
@samuelflower what are you talking about, the only thing I hear is that he only won because Michael is not on shape, if someone is complaining should be Ryan fans, he is not getting proper credit. In 2008 Ryan was sick at the 400 IM, but he didn't make any excuses, people only found out about that after the games. at the 200 IM he lost silver for 0,01 second, only half a hour after winning gold at the 200 back.
