@zergling6000 The problem is that slopers use a differing combination of muscles in your hands, in comparison to plates or pull-ups. The only thing I think that might be relevant in a non-climbing situation would be to train open-grip style on objects?

OMG!!! I honestly didn't think anyone could grab those slopes... That's amazing great climbing, I'm only doing v3 or an easy v4, so doing that slope unbelievable!!
On that last problem, there are NO HOLDS! I can't get my head round slopers at all, so enjoying the "fool yourself" tip. Will try these in the morning!
