I also think they are VERY cost effective, not only do they double as candy favors and a beautiful centerpiece but since they is some assembly required you can opt to get the favors send empty and fill them with your own candy and save even more $!! they are not flowers that are on the candy tubes. its like a pompom. so neat but verrrry expensive
