I was gonna to come and say this is shitty and you should give up, but it actually has some potential. I've done some stop-motion animation my self. Some tips:Make sure the lightning doesn't change, close all windows, or if possible, film in a windowless room with one lamp pointing at the stage from the same direction every time you work on it.
Try not to take pictures while holding the camera in your hands, mount it on a tri-pod or something, or create a platform for it for you to move around.
