Thatcher passed a law in 1986 which took paid holidays away from low paid workers. So if you worked for a lifetime at a major "household name" holiday company in Bognor Regis, you would never have a holiday so long as you lived. Ordinary workers only get paid holidays there now because the law was changed in 1998. A free-for-all for grasping employers and this man will bring it back.
