Hi. The title of the video suggests the name of this song being "Jetikel". It seems there is no such word in Qazaq. The real name of the song is "Ör Altay", meaning "The high Altay", and what we see and hear here is Yedil Qusain's adaption for his (and my) favourite instrument Jetigen, which means "Seven strings", and also the Xöömei style is Yedil's interpretation.
