im actually surprised she kept that 1 1/2 in her routine for as long as she did. it wasnt very consistant. but as long as you hit it here i guess, where it counts, doesnt really matter, haha

yeah, but guess what, i am going to the olympic trials, in the next summer olympics, i can do a double pike at 11, and now i can do a full twisting double back.. so shut up pleaseee
The thing is, Dominique does have good form, the problem is the fact that she's bow-legged. That's always been the biggest issue with her form. She can't put her legs together because of how bowed the legs are. That's why she was all about powerful tumbling, because it was hardly noticeable.
Actually, I think Rebecca positions her feet like that because if you notice in her floor routine when she stands with her legs together, her feet don't touch. I must say I disagree, Rebeccas legs are much more ricketed then Dominiques. Interesting though, although bow legged --- Dominique and Rebecca are both great bar workers!
The magnificent 7 are truly amazing gymnasts.... but their bar routines are sooo blah compared to the Chinese gymnast.

@PoorPublicSchoolKid She's the only one to have all 8 of her scores count towards the gold though.

Remind me not to watch you ... I do hate loud mouth people that crow above others. Some need to learn humility - that'd be you. :)

@Mikizzle15
you wanna se bow-legged? AKA rickets? check out rebecca bross.
TwisterFlipp95 1 year ago
@TwisterFlipp95 i think dominque is more bow-legged than rebecca. rebecca just sickles her feet, which is so annoying when shes on bars.

Is she the best at performing the hindorf from a clear hip or a what?
dcumr 4 years ago 2
The best I've seen so far..
mzmissa 4 years ago 3
The only way to make it a Hindorff is to do it from a clear hip entry.
