Not sure about the composer, but I am always listening it a few times before playing a game on my C128D. Or just load a game to hear the tune. Brilliant, one of my favourite SID 6581 melodies, definitely.

This music is EPIC. Whenever I loaded a Fairlight-cracked game, I had to stop my friends from pressing space to soon, so I could listen to the wonderfully melancholic melody. Who was the composer?
