There are around 7 or 8 states in which recording ANYONE especially public figures such a police, councilmen, judges, mayors, well, you get the point, basically, everyone who receives public funds from our taxes is a felony wiretapping offense. Not only is the recording inadmissible in a court of law as a "witness" in your defense it will land you in court as a defendant. I know it sounds really crazy, but understand that you better know what YOUR state will and will not allow before you record.

When I was in the military, one of the lower enlisted was being abused by his team leader who was trying to make him look as bad as he could and lied about a lot of things because he wanted him out or at least transfered. The young soldier got one of these and recorded the sessions and the team leaders plan backfired. The team leader ended up getting kicked out of the Army.

In my small town world there has not been a kid on kid shooting in the 37 years I have lived here,

but there is violence. mostly bullies pushing around or sometimes beating up so called wimps, I also see those in power abuse or use the public.

so the tape recorder is a cheap pocket handgun that catches them and gives the blue bellies the right information. as for true weapons,
