In the first part of chapter 1 Paul is condemning the unconverted heathen then He goes for self righteous Jew by asking them what you quoted from verse 2:1. Jews thought themselves a holy people, entitled to their privileges by right, while they were unthankful, rebellious, and unrighteous. Paul was letting them know that they will be judge according to their real character! He uses this fact to point them to Christ! Whom I trust!

If you say they're from yourself then you would have to agree that morals are subjective from person to person and if that's the case for one murder and rape would be wrong, but for another it's O.k.? And yahweh had no problem when his chosen peoples went about raping and murdering - as long it was someone he was pissed at. Seems is ok with subjective morals - hell he broke them all the time, even had to cheat at wrestling.

Pretty sharp my friend! There are more verses like the ones you posted! And answers to them all However you will not like the answer because you dont see God as Holy. The Midianites were apparently involved in seducing Israel into going after false gods. Because the Israelites fell into idolatry this way, God told Moses to order the deaths of all had bowed to the false gods in that land. God will not stand for Idolatry. You will have to face His anger on Judgment day if you don't repent!
