I haven't heard this piece with the turns and trills in it. Are they in your edition, or were they improvised? Either way, I thought they were very tasteful. Is this a professional quintet?
this is the way that most peices from the era were interpreted its typical...no they are not written in and are at the discretion of the player and are only played on the repeats....first time straight second time ornamented

I think it would have been better taking it at a slower tempo just sounds better that way in my opinion. Tuba FTW
