okay! heres the full story. it was cursed you's 99 construction party (first 99con in the game) so as you can imagine, it was packed. so much that cursed expelled everyone out because of lag.

because of the massive number of people fighting in his combat ring and the fact they were all expelled in the middle of combat meant that this "glitch" accured and the fighting was unlocked anybody that was in the arena could fight people, and not retaliate unless in ring also. so durial pked his ass off!

the date was just random. noone knew about this glitch. Jagex managed to fix this after approx 1 hour. They also banned the pkers for "bug abuse". Jagex could not replace the lost items. Alot of players claimed to have lost alot of items without even being logged.
