it supposedly tells you everything about nutrition and dieting that no other books have, like all the stuff you really need to know (how to formulate diet plans for each individual, etc).
a body building friend recommended it as a must read.
This is a fantastic series of videos. I've been doing floor crunches, superman, leg lifts, etc with decent results. I bought a Swiss ball that came with a video that was amateurish and poorly produced. I found this video series and it's been trans-formative. The Swiss ball is a key piece of training gear, but the addition of the information in these videos makes it incredible.
My sides are sore, my back is sore, my abs are sore, my glutes are sore, and all in a good way. Bravo!

The size of the ball should fit the size of the person. Usually balls come in three different sizes from most makers. depending on how tall you are. I'm 5"7 and have a medium sized ball

If you don't have an answer to your question about fitness ball size yet:
On the ridgeline fitness website FAQs the answer given is:
4'8" to 5'5" (140-165cm) - 22 in (55cm) ball
5'6" to 6'0" (165-185 cm) - 26 in (65cm) ball
over 6'0" (>185cm) - 30 in (75cm) ball
I'm probably heading out to buy one this week but in the meantime will be using the one sitting unloved in the corner at my gym.
