  • i have had mine for 5 years (pro heat 2x) and there have been no problems with the heater. Its just that undistilled water can block up the heater.

    Undistilled water? So are you saying (if you have a Bissell Pro heat, and you want it to keep working), you have to use distilled water? Wow!

  • This is shit. I have one like this and the heater was designed on this model to not work.
