hello everyone, ive been doin alot of reading looking for alot of tips hints... whatever... to do Tk, ive been tryin for 2-3 days now with no results, the tunnel vision i see from time to time and the focus im still developing... not sure if im getting better or not but is there some kind of feeling or tingle i shud be tryin to notice during my practices?
@FridgeNatious use whichever method works best for you. I'm used to using my mind to focus for remote healing so personally I find using my hands distracting and it actually breaks my focus. I like to lock onto the object with my eyes and hold focus. In the end the subconcious mind is the one doing the interacting with the object, not your hands but like I say, if it helps you focus then more power to you ;) Most vids show hands, so my comment was for those who might find it easier without.
2nd day no hands, i find it easier to do it w/o hands and stop my breathing.
i focues on a sire iw ant to propel, or i imagine it moving and bam it moves,this is fun and people at my highschool think im a fukin super hero....lol dumb hick jocks
nice explanation, nice to see more people teaching the world their other abilities, I could do that half a year ago, didn't do it since... you inspired me to start again, this time I'll master it

When I stared at an object, my eyes got kind of blurry and I started to see that the object was kind of shaking and also the door.
Oh yeah, I wanted to know how did you put energy in your hand to make the eliminum foil move?
