oh my gosh I LOVED the shaman shack guy! I might have to make a video about my experience with that guy...it was life changing. That bee pollen IS amazing. Delish. :)

I use one tablespoon dissoved in 4 oz. of filtered water as the first thing I drink when waking up, then wait a half hour and have my green smoothie for breakfast.

Hoiw do you use bee pollen? Eat it by itself? What is a normal serving?

Put bee pollen in water, mix, drink. Start small dose. Eventually eat massive amounts like me. Note that REALLY massive doses will cause height increases even if you are an adult. I am not 6 foot 6 on bee pollen!
