I don't bash northerners but they always bash the south. I live an entirely different life then people up north, I have grown up in the south all I have ever known over the last 50 years and more is the south. My life has been in and around the Gulf Coast. I have never seen more than 1inch of snow. Our culture is so different here. I live on the Gulf coast and the weather the people, the culture is so different. I don't understand why the northerners are always bashing the south.
When I was going to high school in Florida I always said "y'all" because it was just easier. I generally say, "You people" to pluralize 'YOU.' I have gotten in trouble using "You people" around African Americans because it "meant" something in the south.....so now I try not to pluralize the word "you" while in the North and avoid plural "you" in speaking;)

I just got back from NC. I stayed there for a couple months. That place is a shit hole for the most part. The people down there are rude and don't care about each other. Then once more states were founded and North was filling out, we'll skip ahead to before the civil war. None of the newer states, say Wisconsin or Ohio had slaves. Then we jump to the civil war, where the main reason South Carolina seceded was because slavery was being abolished. And so the war began.

I grew up in Noma Florida, and it was very difficult to keep my business private. But most large cities in the South are just the same as large cities in the North.
