Karen, you're really good at playing characters and disappearing into the role. The only thing with this one though, it *almost* seems like she is mentally challenged because the odd way of speaking becomes so exaggerated at times. Just something to be aware of (Brookers had a similar one about a kid eating paste, and it seemed like an insensitive carcicature of someone with learning disabilities - though it was way more over the top than this.
