He is so NOT the best! He is weak to his own weapon! 1 or 2 shots against him with metal blades and he's dead, and that's on hard mode! not to mention his weakness to the mega buster and I found even atomic fire works well! He just has to many flaws and weakness to be "a totally awesome boss".
